Abstract
The work was aimed at finding cognate pairs of H- bonded atoms in docked protein protein
complexes, using maximal common subgraph matching algorithm.
The validity of the progrm was tested by judging the reproducibility of known solutions,
and the resons for discrepencies were identified.
