Abstract
Image-based Relighting of a real object viewed from a single view point
often constructs a function per pixel, called a reflectance function,
describing the reflected light of the object through the pixel depending
on the illuminant direction. This talk surveys and introduces a set of
reconstruction techniques and presents a compact representation for
these reflectance functions.
