Usually the working group publication databases are designed

to help the institute to report the work of all scientific
members to the Max-Planck-Gesellschaft, the Fachbeirat and
the University.
This short presentation gives you a jump start showing you how
it is used today and how it will be used in the future to get
some nice personal profits out of it.
