I am a master student of Robotics from KTH University, currently
doing my master thesis regarding Facial Motion Capture in CVAP (KTH
Computer Vision and Active Perception group).
Registration and segmentation of non rigid bodies has been an active
topic in computer vision in the last decade. Among all human face has
always been a special subject of interest because of its wide range of
applications. For a precise registration we usually need to find a
dense set of points on the target model, while this turns out to be
challenging because of special properties of human faces. In this talk
we are going to review the existing methods to solve the problem as
well as proposing an alternative method which I'm working on as a part
of my thesis.
