Meeting: Election of the institute's representative and ombudsperson

Since both will leave our institute soon, we have to prepare new elections.

Therefore, we would like to invite you to a first meeting on

Monday, 28 October 2013 at 2 p.m. in room 024

where Benjamin will inform about the tasks of the ombudsperson and Christoph
Weidenbach will explain about the tasks of the institute's representative.
This is a good opportunity to learn more about the Max Planck Society and the
influence your representative and ombudsperson can have.

Afterwards we will elect an electoral committee, which will take care of the
election. The electoral committee consists of three members who are entitled
to vote. Entitled to vote are:

** Academic and scientific-technical staff members including doctoral and
scholarship students with the exception of guest scientists **

It would be nice if each group sends at least a few members to this meeting.
