Using of apriori information in data reconstruction and restoration can significantly increase quality of results. But in different applications we have various kinds of apriori conditions and possibilities to use them. The aim of this presentation is to show on practical examples how apriori information can be quite effectively used. In examples we'll consider: reconstruction of 2D objects in computed tomography using deformations of their templates, and estimation of X-Rays beam-hardening effect with successive application in CT images reconstruction.
