Infecting computer systems with remote-controllable software is a
universal and increasingly important instrument used by law enforcement
to fight cybercrime. In this talk we discuss technical, legal and
ethical aspects of state-of-the-art law-enforcement software and propose
ways to deal with the corresponding problems.
