Abstract

One of the paintings of Claude Monet (1840--1926)

coined the term ``Impressionism.''
In this talk, I will build a bridge from the work
of this French impressionist to algorithms and
computational complexity by presenting some
of my recent research.
Necessary art historic prerequisites will
be given during the talk.
