Abstract
Many biological processes are performed by interacting protein
molecules, which form complex networks to fulfill various vital
tasks in cells. Sophisticated bioinformatics methods are required
to integrate, analyze, and visualize the enormous amounts of
heterogeneous information contained in molecular data.
This talk will focus on computational methods to improve our
understanding of cellular network systems and human diseases.
