Abstract
Most classical machine learning problems are about structured data which has an
underlying assumption about samples' similarity. Nowadays we encounter many
problems which have unstructured data like graphs, images, etc. This presentation will
discuss one of the problems about probability in graphs (calculating marginal probabilities
in diffusion models) and a method to approximate it. This method includes both a
probabilistic module as well as a Graph Neural Network (GNN).
