Synchronization routing in telecom networks

having requirement on single/few source routing, but also requirement on
behavior as it converge and means to handle instability in underlying
network. In addition, multi-source synchronization provides interesting
alternative to reduce re-route time and impact on network. Time-transfer
capability require some additional treatment as it enhances the
frequency transport. Overall goal is to make network wide
synchronization routing simple to configure, operate and monitor.
