Abstract
An analysis of the results from the CAFASP3 experiment on fully
automated protein structure prediction has shown that the performance of
the Arby server was significantly better for single domain proteins than
for multi domain proteins. The need for improvement of the used domain
identification algorithm has been adressed by a study of domain
structure prediction quality on a newly constructed benchmark. The
characteristics of different algorithms will be discussed.
