Abstract
Algorithmic Solutions is a small company that grew out of AG1 a number
of years ago. Their mission statement from http://www.algorithmic-solutions.com/
is: "AS provides software and consulting in order to enhance software
applications by algorithmic intelligence". One of their main products is LEDA.
This presentation by Christian Uhrig, head of AS and MPI alumnus, will give you
an idea what the company does, with a particular focus on possibilities for
cooperation between "them" (AS) and "us" (MPI).
This is the prelude to a number of small meetings during the day, and it will be
complemented by a discussion in the afternoon.
